Refund & Cancellation Policy / سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with TADKER within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

To request a refund, email hello@tadker.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new lower rate takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.

Enterprise customers with custom contracts are subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in their individual agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.
